How to book us

1. How do I enquire about booking The Reacharounds?

2. Do you do advance requests/commissions?

Yes! We'll give all advance requests serious consideration, but we ask that we are given enough time to prepare your request — we want to ensure a good job!

 

3. How long do you play for?

Normally we aim to play two approximately 45 minute sets with a short break in between, but we can be flexible to your event's requirements. Let us know how you'd like us to fit and we'll do our best to accommodate!

 

4. How long does the band need to set up?

We usually need around one and a half to two hours to set up and sound check, depending on the exact circumstances.

 

5. What equipment can you provide?

Aside from our own instruments and amplifiers, we can provide a full PA system, with sound engineer. This is generally a requirement for most of our customers, as we understand most event venues do not have a house PA, so we are experienced in providing the full set up necessary. We can also provide stage and disco lighting, should you require.

 

6. Can you also provide a disco or DJ?

We can facilitate music for before and after our sets through the PA (either you can provide your own playlist via an MP3 player or laptop, or we can provide a wide range of party tunes to fit the event). We can also provide a DJ at an extra cost if you require.  The PA normally starts about 40mins after we arrive and finishes at 12pm, although if you need more than that let us know.

 

7. How much do you charge?

This is dependent on factors such as travel distance, PA/lighting required and any other specific requirements you might have. We're competitive, reliable and friendly so please contact us for a quote!
